OPE-In-the-KNOW is back. For decades, In-The-KNOW was written and published by Jim Starmer, formerly of Servantage Dixie Sales. Jim’s tireless dedication to this eNewsletter was a genuine service to all of those who received it. Jim is now enjoying a well-earned retirement. This publication will try to retain the spirit of the previous eNewsletter, in a bit newer format.
